GTI Scholarship Application Process
Supporting motivated students to take the next step in their career.  At GTI, we offer a limited number of scholarships to help committed students achieve their study goals. This page outlines what the process looks like so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish. How You Can Apply You may hear about our scholarships:
  • Through our website, or
  • From your Course Advisor during your enquiry or follow-up conversations.
Your Course Advisor will explain what the scholarship is, who it is suited for, and what we look for in a strong application. When you’re ready, you’ll receive the link to the official Scholarship Application Form.  Complete Your Application The application form includes short-answer questions designed to help us understand your goals, motivation, and strengths. You’ll be asked about:
  • Your key personal or leadership qualities
  • Why you want to study this qualification
  • Why now is the right time
  • How you’ll balance study with work, family, and life
  • Your future goals and the impact this qualification will have
  • A challenge you’ve overcome or an example of personal growth
  • Your work, volunteer or life experience
  • (Optional) Your learning preferences or any supports you use
Take your time and answer as honestly and thoughtfully as you can. There are no right or wrong answers — we just want to understand you.  Course Advisor Review After you submit your form:
  • Your Course Advisor reviews your responses to ensure they reflect your potential.
  • They may contact you if clarification or a stronger response is needed.
  • If improvements are required, you may be asked to resubmit before your application moves forward.
Once your application is ready, it is sent for formal assessment.  Scholarship Assessment Your application is assessed by our Scholarship Assessor to ensure it meets the scholarship criteria. If we need more information, we’ll contact you directly. Otherwise, the application will continue through the review process.  Final Decision & Outcome Email You will receive an email confirming the outcome of your application.  If your scholarship is approved:
  • Your email will confirm your scholarship.
  • Your Course Advisor will then send you a link to complete your Enrolment Form so you can begin your studies.
If your scholarship is not approved at this time:
  • You will receive feedback to help you understand the decision.
  • In many cases, you may be invited to resubmit your application with improved responses.
  • If resubmission isn’t recommended, you will be advised when you can apply again in the future.
